Abstract

Wethan Wonderland tourist village is a tourist village located in RW 1 Banjarsugihan, Tandes District, Surabaya. This tourist village is a target partner for the Wijaya Putra University group 7 KKN program. In this village there are several lines of villages with different themes, including the Japanese Balinese village, Adinda village and Djavera village. This tourist village is also equipped with MSMEs which can also be used as culinary tourism for visitors.

The problem experienced by the Wethan Wonderland tourist village is the decline in the number of visitors since the Covid 19 outbreak until now, because this has also affected the decline in the turnover of the existing tourist village and MSMEs. The lack of building digital branding and also following digitalization trends in the current era is very important to increase the promotion of the Wethan Wonderland tourist village. The solution offered by the KKN group 7 team is to build digital branding for tourist villages, which is required by all parties involved in this case, not only tourist village managers but also residents of RW 1 Banjarsugihan. As well as creating digitalization in terms of payments for both tourist villages and MSMEs. The method implemented by the KKN group 7 team is firstly, providing training and guidance for digital branding of the Wethan Wonderland tourist village. It is hoped that if the digital branding has been formed, many visitors will be interested in visiting, secondly helping and directing MSMEs to take care of business permits, halal and QR payments to make them more effective and efficient. The output of the group 7 KKN program is providing training to build digital branding, including helping MSMEs process business permits, halal and payment QR codes. Equipped with a map of tourist village locations, and directional icons and other icons. Apart from that, the results of the report from KKN group 7 will be published in the Public Sector Innovation Journal, in order to provide additional benefits of knowledge for the community.
