Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, leadership transformation and employee competency on employee performance through job satisfaction at the East Java Province Human Resources Development Agency Office. This type of research is explanatory research and a quantitative research approach with a population and sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses SEM Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results show that organizational commitment has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership transformation has no significant effect on job satisfaction. Employee competency has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership transformation does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Employee competency has a direct effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a direct effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Leadership transformation does not have a significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Employee competency has an indirect and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction.
