This research uses quantitative methods. The population used in this study uses banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period using a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling of 69 samples based on predetermined criteria. The variables examined in this study are Asset Structure, Firm Size and Growth Opportunity which are independent variables, Capital Structure as the dependent variable and Profitability as a moderating variable. The research data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the SPSS Version 26 analysis tool. The population in the study included all employees, totaling 56 people and the sample in this study were 56 employees of the Tri Capital Investama Jasa Cooperative, East Java Regional 1 Bali Nusra, using a census technique. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed using a partial least square – structural inquiry model (PLS-SEM). The results showed that the transformational leadership style, compensation, employee performance, and employee motivation of the Tri Capital Investama Jasa Cooperative East Java 1 Bali Nusra Region were in the high category, the transformational leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance through employee work motivation in the Tri Capital Investama service cooperative. The data in this study were collected through an online survey using a Likert scale to teachers at SMA Tunas Luhur, Paiton, Probolinggo. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression methods (multiple regression). The data showcased that: 1) Leadership style and organizational culture have no significant effect on teacher job satisfaction; 2) Leadership style has a negative and insignificant effect on the Job Satisfaction variable; 3) leadership style and organizational culture through job satisfaction on teacher performance have a significant effect on teacher performance; 4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on variable Y (Teacher Performance). In conclusion, leadership style and organizational culture had no significant effect on teacher job satisfaction, leadership style and organizational culture through job satisfaction had a significant effect on teacher performance, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Moreover, the researchers suggest that future studies should reduce the number of statements on the questionnaire to minimize feelings of reluctance, fatigue, and origin in filling out the questionnaire. Then the statements in the questionnaire should be mixed between Favourable Statements and Unfavourable Statements to avoid the tendency for stereotypes to increase. The focus of the research is learning planning, implementation strategies, forms of activities, and supporting, inhibiting and solution factors. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research describe that character education through the nine pillars of character at the Dharma Wanita PBB Sukoanyar Kindergarten has been implemented, but is not yet effective because in the learning planning and form of activities there are character pillars that have not been included in the RPPH so they have an impact on character. Where children are found who don't line up, throw rubbish carelessly, don't queue to wash their hands, don't shake hands, don't return toys, and like to fight. The supporting factors are the inclusion of learning planning in the KTSP and parental support. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are the absence of training in implementing character education, teacher confusion in planning and determining the form of children's activities and inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Njeduk Digital Mandiri. The research used quantitative methods with saturated sampling techniques with a sample size of 32 respondents. The data analysis technique uses path analysis techniques to determine the direct and indirect influence of each research variable. The results of the research show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work ethic, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work ethic, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on performance employees, work environment and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work ethic.
