<table width="108%"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="72%"> <h2> </h2> <p>Women are often stereotypically perceived as the weaker sex, relegated primarily to the role of housewives. However, in reality, many married women successfully manage their own businesses while fulfilling their domestic duties. This study aims to explore the capacity of married women to balance their roles as housewives and entrepreneurs, focusing on aspects such as business challenges, capital acquisition, training, and business development. The research employs a qualitative approach, gathering data through interviews with seven married women who operate businesses in Medan City. These businesses are predominantly micro-enterprises, manageable from home, which allows the women to maintain their household responsibilities. The study reveals that for many of these women, business management is not merely a secondary role but, in some cases, becomes their primary occupation, making them key contributors to the family’s economic stability. The results indicate that the informants generally finance their businesses using personal capital, with only one informant having previously utilized a loan from the BRI KUR program. Although none of the informants have received formal business training, they expressed a strong willingness to participate in training programs if the opportunity arose. Additionally, they are keen to expand their businesses through strategies such as product diversification and broader distribution channels. <p>In the post-COVID-19 era marked by digital transformation and increased work flexibility, hybrid leadership has emerged as a critical approach for managing teams distributed across remote and in-person work settings. This study employs a qualitative methodology through an extensive literature review to examine the role of digital technologies, leadership strategies in virtual teams, and their impact on employee productivity and well-being. Findings highlight that the integration of digital tools is essential in enhancing team communication and coordination within hybrid leadership frameworks. Moreover, results-oriented leadership strategies and adaptive leadership styles have been shown to be effective in sustaining team engagement and motivation. However, significant challenges persist, including disparities in digital competencies and the integration of diverse work cultures. The originality of this study lies in its comprehensive synthesis of current literature that bridges the technological and human dimensions of hybrid leadership—a perspective that remains underexplored. <p>This study aims to rigorously examine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of external pressure, ineffective monitoring, and auditor changes on financial statement fraud. Employing a quantitative research approach, the study focuses on mining sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2021–2023 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling, resulting in 30 companies that met the predefined research criteria. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The empirical findings reveal that, individually, external pressure, ineffective monitoring, and changes in auditor do not exert a statistically significant effect on financial statement fraud. Furthermore, the results of the simultaneous test demonstrate that these three variables, when considered collectively, also do not have a significant impact on the occurrence of financial fraud. <p>This study investigates the influence of work environment meaningfulness and motivation on the performance of Civil Servants (ASN) at the Regional Secretariat Office of Gowa Regency. Utilizing a descriptive quantitative approach and a total sampling technique, the study engaged 40 civil servants as respondents. Data were collected through structured observations and questionnaires, then analyzed using SPSS 25. The findings reveal that both the work environment and motivation individually exert a positive and significant impact on civil servant performance. These results highlight the critical role of creating a supportive work environment and fostering motivation to enhance human resource capabilities and boost productivity. Strengthening policies that promote employee motivation and improving workplace facilities are essential strategies for increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of civil servant performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Gowa Regency.</p>Muhammad WilliamMuhammad Ikram IdrusAhamad Ahamad

The relationship that can occur between culture and entrepreneurship is to utilize existing cultural diversity to increase business activities and help increase economic growth. Dayak Culture-Based Entrepreneurship Development Model. The development model that can be carried out is through collaboration between the business sector and the Dayak culture sector. The appropriate policy for local economic empowerment is sourced from village funds. The purpose of village funds is to accelerate village development, improve the welfare of village communities through various programs such as development and empowerment. Culture has an important role in an area, because culture is a characteristic or even the identity of a tribe in the area. <p>This study aims to analyze the contribution of social entrepreneurship to community economic welfare and sustainable development. Employing a qualitative approach with thematic analysis of literature and case studies in Indonesia, the research reveals that social entrepreneurship plays a significant role in addressing social issues such as poverty, unemployment, and limited access to basic services. Social enterprises not only generate economic value but also enhance social inclusion and environmental sustainability, aligning with the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). However, the development of social entrepreneurship still faces various challenges, including limited access to funding, inadequate regulatory support, and insufficient managerial capacity among entrepreneurs. The theoretical implications highlight the need to integrate social entrepreneurship approaches into local economic development theories, while practical implications underscore the importance of collaborative policies involving government, the private sector, and civil society. The study recommends strengthening the social entrepreneurship ecosystem through incentives, capacity-building programs, and supportive regulations.
