PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KECAMATAN BENJENG KABUPATEN GRESIK
Abstract
The Influence of Organizational Culture on the Quality of Public Services in Benjeng
District Office Gresik Regency. Essay. Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Wijaya Putra
University, Surabaya. Supervised by Mrs. Dewi Suprobowati. S.sos., M.Sc. This study aims to
find out the influence of organizational culture on the quality of public services. This type of
research is descriptive research with quantitative research design.
The population in this study were all employees of Benjeng sub-district totaling 35
people. And the sample in this study all employees of Benjeng sub-district totaling 35 people.
Data collection techniques are carried out through observation and questionnaires. Data
analysis techniques used consisted of descriptive analysis, moment product analysis and simple
linear regression.
The results showed that the influence of organizational culture on the quality of public
services in the Benjeng sub-district office in Gresik regency is in the good category according
to the results of research in the field based on 10 indicators that are the focus of research,
namely 1) Individual Initiative, 2) Tolerance towards risky actions, 3) Direction, 4) Integration,
5 ) Leadership support, 6) Control, 7) Identity, 8) Award giving, 9) Tolerance to conflict, 10)
Pattern of communication. Based on the results of the research of 10 indicators, shows the
results of linear regression Y = 7,583 + 0,463X thus the organizational culture has a positive
and significant effect on the quality of public services in Benjeng District Office Gresik
Regency.
