In the Sahaja Lekat program, extra time services are also provided, namely Cheerful Saturdays, this program provides an opportunity for people in Kediri Regency to process population documents on Saturdays in 26 sub-districts in the Kediri Regency area. Since it was launched on March 15 2021, the Sahaja Lekat program has received an award from the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia in 2023 and 2024 for public service compliance from the performance of the Kediri district government. The results of this research show that public services in the Sahaja Lekat program have been implemented well, however in the field there are still several problems identified, such as the Saturday Cheer program not being able to provide services for correcting birth certificate data and having to come to the office during working hours and days, network maintenance is down. So the Saturday Cheer program is finally on holiday, and the service for repairing data on death certificates and birth certificates that are damaged or lost and reissued takes a long time, namely 3 days to 1 week. From the description of implementation and problems in the Sahaja Sticky and Saturday Cheerful programs, analysis is needed to understand the effectiveness of public service innovation in the field of publishing population data.
2025-01-20T09:15:46SE Asia Standard Time ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.uwp.ac.id/fisip/index.php/GovernanceJKMP/article/view/302 KUALITAS PELAYANAN PADA SEKTOR PENANGANAN FAKIR MISKIN DI DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN KEDIRI 2025-01-21T08:54:07SE Asia Standard Time Rizki Fillya Curtinawati [email protected] RR. The main focus in measuring the quality of government services is an effort to simplify, speed up, and shorten the bureaucracy, as well as ensure transparency and certainty of services. This research uses a qualitative approach. Zeithaml et al.'s theory (1988) is used to see the quality of service in the sector of handling the poor in the Kediri District Social Service. Based on the results of the research, the quality of service in an effort to increase satisfaction is quite good, but each indicator still has shortcomings that must be improved in supporting the service process in particular, indicators of physical evidence or tangible (in terms of facilities and infrastructure) and sympathy or empathy (in terms of attitudes and behaviors that show attention to complaints that need to be improved) while other indicators such as reliability, responsiveness, and assurance have been implemented quite well. In addition, there needs to be motivation given to employees regarding how important it is to provide the best service for the public as an effort to increase satisfaction.
2025-01-20T09:29:16SE Asia Standard Time ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.uwp.ac.id/fisip/index.php/GovernanceJKMP/article/view/303 ANALISIS KEBIJAKAN SUBJEK ANAK BERKEWARGANEGARAAN GANDA SEBAGAI PEMILIH DALAM PEMILU 2025-01-21T08:54:09SE Asia Standard Time Rizkya Dwijayanti [email protected] Caesar Demas Edwinarta [email protected] Maulana Hafizh [email protected]
This article is written to analyze the policy of verifying the validity of citizenship for citizen who officially has dual citizenship as voters in Regional Elections 2024. One of the consequences that arise related to this is the implementation of Regional Elections 2024 that will start soon. Several cases have shown that children with dual citizenship who are over 21 years old but have not registered or chosen their citizenship but their data is recorded as legal voters in the elections. The results of the research require necessity for integration of data services between government agencies, additional stages of verifying the validity of citizenship in matching and researching voter data as well as adding information on self-identity for subjects with Dual Citizenship Children. The development of information technology and global migration affects various aspects of migrant workers lives, not only in the economic aspect, but also has the potential to open up opportunities for radicalism. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, with data collection through interviews and study of related documents. The research results show that disinformation circulating on social media, as well as Indonesian migrant workers social isolation abroad, are factors that exacerbate vulnerability to radicalism. Social media is the main channel for job information, but it often carries the risk of fraud and recruitment by illegal agents. Apart from that, the extremism-based violence faced by Indonesian migrant workers also appears as a threat that has not received much attention. This research suggests the need to strengthen Indonesian migrant workers protection policies, especially in utilizing technology and increasing digital literacy to prevent radicalization among Indonesian migrant workers.
2025-01-21T08:06:34SE Asia Standard Time ##submission.copyrightStatement## https://jurnal.uwp.ac.id/fisip/index.php/GovernanceJKMP/article/view/280 PERAN ORGANISASI SUBAK DALAM KOMUNIKASI ANTARA ORGANISASI DAN PEMERINTAH DALAM PEMANFAATAN AIR BAGI BIDANG PERTANIAN (STUDI PADA KABUPATEN BADUNG) 2025-01-21T08:54:13SE Asia Standard Time Khoirul Abror Ad-Dluha Ghoni [email protected] Nanda Erlambang [email protected] Nurhasanah Haspiani [email protected] Kaisyah Cika Ramadhina [email protected]
Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of the Subak organization in communication between organizations and the government in the use of water for agriculture in Badung Regency, Bali. Based on the results of research conducted through in-depth interviews, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD), it was found that there was a significant information gap between policies made by the government and their implementation in the field, thus hampering the effectiveness of these policies. Modernization and urbanization have also led to an increase in the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural uses, thereby reducing the irrigation function of Subak. In addition, the younger generation's participation in subak activities is decreasing because they are more interested in other sectors that are more modern and financially promising. Therefore, creative initiatives are needed to attract the attention of the younger generation and increase effective communication between Subak and the government.

Keywords: Subak, Communication, Government, Modernization, Urbanization, Young Generation, Irrigation, Agriculture
2025-01-21T08:17:15SE Asia Standard Time ##submission.copyrightStatement##
