Abstract

Base dont he results of the author's observations, the performance of the Banjar sub-district government was found Sugihan is good but there are still one or two officials who still have
weaknesses in every service  to the community. One of the reasons is the existence of lack of discipline among civil servants in serving  the community, which can ultimately  have an impact on the in effective and inefficient services provided by the Banjar sub-district government.
