Beton Village has considerable economic potential through BUMDes Langgeng Makmur, which is engaged in freshwater fish farming and fishing pond tourism. However, there is still a gap between the existing potential and management in the field. This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by BUMDes and formulate development strategies. The approach used is qualitative with a case study method. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed using the SWOT method. The results indicate that the BUMDes has strengths in terms of its business potential, but is still constrained by human resources and financing. Opportunities are abundant through village support and the local market, although there are threats such as business competition and natural disasters. Suggested strategies include enhancing the capacity of managers, developing digital promotion, and strengthening collaboration. In conclusion, the management of BUMDes needs to be guided by integrated and sustainable strategies to drive village progress.
