Abstract

Sidorejo Village is one of the areas in Krian District where most of the population depends on shallot plants. Shallot plants are one of the largest sources of income for the people of Sidorejo. This study discusses the determination of the selling price of shallots in Sidorejo village. The problem of this research sulks is on determining the selling price of shallots whether the market, production quality, and distance have an influence on the price and which factors have the most significant influence. The determination of the selling price of shallots in Sidorejo village is influenced by several factors, namely market, production, quality, and distance. Based on the test of 30 respondents, it is evident from the results of the simultaneous calculation that Fcal is obtained of 2.805 while Ftabel is 2.74 which means that there is a joint influence of independent variables on dependent variables. While the partial test results were obtained for the market of tcal (0.335) < ttable (2,073), production (-0.755) < ttable (2,073), quality (2,803) > ttable (2,073), and distance (0.992) < ttable (2,073) which means that partially Quality is declared significant and production market and distance are declared insignificant. The percentage of contribution of market, production, quality and distance variables to price determination is 17.3% while the remaining 82.7% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.
