MODEL EFISIENSI SALURAN PEMASARAN KACANG HIJAU (Vigna radiata, L.) DI DESA LAMPAH KECAMATAN KEDAMEAN KABUPATEN GRESIK
Abstract
Green beans are one of the largest agricultural businesses in the tropics. Included in the legume stem, this plant has many benefits in everyday life. Lampah Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency has the ability to meet the needs of green beans both in domestic and non-domestic markets. This study aims to determine the price share that can be enjoyed by farmers, the price difference in each marketing chain and the most efficient channels that can be chosen by green bean farmers. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive-qualitative approach. The location is in Lampah Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency, considering that Lampah Village is one of the green bean cultivation places in Kedamean District, Gresik Regency. The subjects of the study were green bean farmers who sold their agricultural products to collectors in Lampah Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency. The types and sources of data used are Primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that green bean farmers get an optimal share of the sales of green beans. Farmers can also sell and choose efficient marketing channels with the least margin so that they can get additional profit from selling green beans. The end of this study proves that every green bean marketing channel in Lampah Village, Kedamean District is in an efficient condition.
