Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between business capital and the development of farmer groups, the application of extension in the development of farmer groups and business capital of extension with the development of farmer groups in Pengalangan Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency. The research approach used in this research is using quantitative methods. The sample in this study were yellow turmeric farmers in Pengalang Village. district Changing the Gresik Regency as many as 80 respondents obtained from the calculation of the slovin formula. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that business capital had a significant effect on the development of farmer groups with a positive direction of influence, extension agents had a significant effect on the development of farmer groups with a positive direction of influence, and business capital and extension agents simultaneously had a significant positive effect on the development of farmer groups in Pengalangan Village, Kec. Replacing Gresik Regency with a positive direction of influence.
