Pelatihan Pembuatan Box Sound Untuk Menciptakan Lapangan Pekerjaan Baru Bagi Karangtaruna Desa Jambe Wangi Banyuwangi
Abstract
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan box sound kepada Karang Taruna Desa Jambe Wangi, Banyuwangi. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah menciptakan peluang kerja baru melalui praktik kewirausahaan. Pelatihan menggunakan metode ekonomi teknik, khususnya Net Present Worth (NPW) memberikana hasil Rp. 68.323.440 Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 67,6288 %, dan Break Even Point (BEP) sejumlah Rp. 25.070.422, dan tercapai pada saat produksi sejumlah 101 unit, untuk menilai kelayakan finansial dan keberlanjutan usaha. Dengan pelatihan ini, peserta dibekali keterampilan teknis dan analisis dibidang ekonomi sehingga mampu mengembangkan inovasi lokal, meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan membangun kemandirian pemuda desa, menuju desa yang maju dan mandiri.
