One promising commodity is kolang-kaling, derived from the sugar palm fruit, which is widely utilized by small-scale enterprises to produce various food and beverage products. In the Wonocolo area of Sepanjang, Sidoarjo, there is a micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) owned by Bu Safira Fahmi that develops traditional beverages made from kolang-kaling. However, the production process is still carried out manually, particularly in the peeling, cutting, and slicing stages, leading to several challenges such as low production capacity, relatively long processing time, and inconsistent cutting results.&nbsp;Through a Community Service Program (PKM), a kolang-kaling cutting machine was introduced as an appropriate technology solution to improve work efficiency. The program includes needs identification, tool design, user training, and outcome evaluation. Kondisi awal menunjukkan bahwa sampah rumah tangga masih tercampur antara organik dan anorganik, yang diperburuk oleh rendahnya literasi ekologi warga yang cenderung menangani sampah dengan cara dibakar atau dibuang ke aliran sungai. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemandirian warga dalam memilah serta mengolah sampah rumah tangga. Kegiatan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi pemilahan sampah (organik, anorganik, dan B3), pelatihan pengolahan sampah organik menjadi kompos, serta pengelolaan Bank Sampah melalui pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan literasi warga sebesar 75%, pengurangan volume sampah hingga 65%, serta terbentuknya Kelompok Sadar Sampah sebagai upaya keberlanjutan program. The program was conducted at an MSME partner engaged in styrofoam waste management, where the existing process was still carried out manually, resulting in low productivity and potential safety risks. The method of implementation involved several stages, including problem identification, machine design and development, socialization, training, implementation, and evaluation. A participatory approach was applied to ensure active involvement of participants in every stage of the program. The results showed that the application of the shredding machine significantly improved processing efficiency, reduced processing time, and enhanced work safety. The training activities also increased participants’ technical skills and their ability to operate the machine independently. In addition, the reduction in styrofoam volume facilitated more efficient storage and waste handling. Overall, the integration of appropriate technology with training and assistance proved to be effective in improving productivity, safety, and waste management practices at the MSME level. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam bidang Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) dan IoT berbasis Arduino. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode praktik langsung (hands-on learning) yang dibagi menjad dua kelompok, yaitu pelatihan perakian PLTS mini dan pelatihan IoT berbasis Arduino. Peserta berjumlah 100 siswa dari SMA dan SMK Wijaya Putra. Evaluasi dilakukan berdasarkan kemampuan memahami komponen, merakit sistem, serta keberhasilan sistem berjalan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 80% peserta mampu menguasai materi dan praktik, sedangkan 20% peserta masih memerlukan pendampingan lanjutan.
