Klasifikasi Sentimen Masyarakat Pasca Undang-Undang Pemindahan Ibukota Nusantara Dari Media Sosial Twitter Menggunakan Metode Bidirectional Encoder Representations From Transformer (BERT)
Abstract
Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari Twitter untuk menganalisis sentimen terkait pemindahan ibu kota Indonesia. Keputusan ini memicu diskusi di media sosial, dan Twitter menjadi platform penting untuk mengukur sentimen publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis sentimen berbasis BERT untuk memahami emosi pengguna Twitter. Metodenya meliputi pengumpulan data tweet, pemrosesan awal, dan penerapan model BERT untuk analisis sentimen. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi suasana hati umum, fluktuasi suasana hati dari waktu ke waktu, dan nuansa percakapan di Twitter. Hasil menunjukkan beragam pendapat mengenai pemindahan ibu kota, dengan sentimen positif, negatif, dan netral. Studi ini juga mengidentifikasi perubahan suasana hati dari waktu ke waktu, memberikan wawasan tentang tren opini publik di Twitter. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada analisis sentimen dengan menerapkan teknik mutakhir BERT pada topik kontroversial, dan hasilnya memiliki implikasi praktis bagi pembuat kebijakan, komunikator, dan peneliti. Dari 6176 tweet yang dianalisis menggunakan metode BERT, diperoleh akurasi sebesar 83,818%.
