Pengukuran Efektifitas Peralatan Pengolahan Sampah Dengan Metode OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)
Abstract
Pengelolaan sampah yang efektif memerlukan dukungan peralatan dengan performa tinggi agar proses daur ulang berjalan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas peralatan pengolah sampah di TPST Belahan Rejo, Kecamatan Kedamean, Kabupaten Gresik, menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap delapan unit mesin utama yang beroperasi dalam proses pengolahan sampah, yaitu Bag Opener, Meja Sortir Manual, Vertical Chopper, Trommel Screen, Destoner, Crusher, Dryer Organik, dan Conveyor. Data dikumpulkan selama periode Mei hingga Juli 2025 dengan mengacu pada waktu operasional, durasi downtime, jumlah output, serta produk cacat (reject). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh mesin memiliki nilai OEE rata-rata di bawah standar ideal industri (85%). Mesin dengan nilai OEE tertinggi adalah Bag Opener sebesar 53,70%, sedangkan nilai terendah dimiliki oleh Meja Sortir Manual sebesar 14,90%. Komponen Availability menjadi faktor utama penyebab rendahnya OEE, disebabkan oleh frekuensi downtime dan waktu tunggu proses. Komponen Performance dipengaruhi oleh kecepatan kerja aktual yang tidak sesuai standar, sedangkan komponen Quality umumnya cukup baik namun masih terdapat tingkat reject yang signifikan pada beberapa mesin.
