Abstract

This study aimed to describe the transformational leadership style of the principal of SMPN 2 Trawas in developing a school culture suitable for the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The study employed a qualitative approach, using data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings revealed that the principal's implementation of transformational leadership successfully fostered a positive, innovative school culture that focused on developing students' potential, aligning with the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum.
