PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, IKLIM ORGNISASI DENGAN WORK LIFE BALANCE SEBAGAI PEMEDIASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PADA LANTAMAL V SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, organizational climate with work life balance as mediators on the work productivity of soldiers at Lantamal V Surabaya. The population in this study were 457 soldiers serving at Lantamal V Surabaya. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used in this research determined 25 independent variables. In this study, the number of independent variables was three, so the total sample in this study was 75 respondents. The data analysis technique for this research uses SEM-PLS. The research results show that organizational commitment has a significant effect on work-life balance. Organizational climate has a positive effect on work-life balance. Organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on work productivity. Organizational climate has a significant positive effect on work productivity. Work life balance influences work productivity. Organizational climate has a significant positive effect on productivity through work life balance. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on work productivity through work life balance.
