EVALUASI PROGRAM USAHA KESEHATAN SEKOLAH ( UKS ) PADA ERA MERDEKA BELAJAR DI UPTD SDN KODAK 2 KECAMATAN TORJUN KABUPATEN SAMPANG

Abstract

In general, this study aims to find out the results of the evaluation of Context, Input, Process, Product in the implementation of school health efforts in order to improve the health degree of UPTD SDSN KODAK 2 students in Torjun District, Sampang Regency. This type of research is an evaluation research that uses qualitative methods. The instruments of this research are observation and questionnaire. The subjects in this study are Principals, Teachers, Committees, Health Officers and Student Representatives of UPTD SDN KODAK 2 Torjun District, Sampang Regency. The results of the input evaluation research on the implementation of school health efforts in order to improve the health degree of elementary school students have gone quite well. The results of the research on the evaluation of the input of the implementation of school health efforts in order to improve the health degree of UPTD SDN KODAK 2 students in Torjun District, Sampang Regency. most of them state quite well. The results of the research in the evaluation process showed that the implementation of school health efforts in order to improve the health degree of elementary school students was categorized as quite good. The results of the implementation of school health efforts in order to improve the health status of UPTD SDN KODAK 2 students in Torjun District, Sampang Regency are mostly good.
