PENGARUH CORE VALUES BERAKHLAK TERHADAP KINERJA ASN KECAMATAN MAYANGAN KOTA PROBOLINGGO

Abstract

In 2021, Government introduced the Core Values policy known as BerAKHLAK. However, in reality, the number of civil servant violations that contradict the BerAKHLAK Core Values remains high. This study aims to determine whether the implementation of BerAKHLAK Core Values has an effect on the performance of civil servants in Mayangan District Office. This is an explanatoryresearch using a quantitative approach. The sample in this study consisted of 56 civil servants from Mayangan District Office. The validity and reliability levels have been confirmed to meet good criteria. The data analysis method used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the 'Service-Oriented' value significantly influences performance, while the other BerAKHLAK values don’t have an effect on the performance of civil servants. The study also found that the implementation of the BerAKHLAK Core Values in Mayangan District Office, is far from effective. It has not carried out the directives outlined in the Probolinggo Mayor's Circular Letter Number 060/6269/425.022/2021. The results of this research can be used as evaluation material and input regarding which values from the BerAKHLAK Core Values need to be strengthened and more deeply internalized among the civil servants in Mayangan District Office.
