Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the application of service information at the Gilimanuk Ferry Port, Ketapang Branch, using the service information theory/service charters by Pat Barret. The research method used was descriptive qualitative by conducting interviews and analyzing existing data at the Gilimanuk Ferry Port, Ketapang Branch. The research results show that the service information at the Gilimanuk Ferry Port, Ketapang Branch, is running well, although some improvements or updates are still needed in its implementation. This is certainly in accordance with the Service Standards in the Regulations of the Minister of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia Number PM 62 of 2019. This study provides recommendations for Gilimanuk Ferry Port to maintain and require minimal updates to existing service information.
