PENGARUH KELENGKAPAN SARANA PRASARANA ALAT DAN KETERSEDIAAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PUSKESMAS MELALUI PENINGKATAN MUTU PELAYANAN DI PUSKESMAS KABUPATEN SIDOARJO

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Public Health Center (Puskesmas) management implementation, the completeness of facilities, infrastructure, and medical equipment (SPA), and the availability of human resources (HR) on improving Puskesmas performance through enhanced service quality. This research employs a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. The sample consists of 27 Puskesmas in Sidoarjo Regency, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected from secondary sources, including the ASPAK, RENBUT, and National Quality Indicator (INM) reporting applications, and analyzed using Path Analysis with SmartPLS. The results indicate that the completeness of SPA and the availability of HR do not have a significant effect on service quality, whereas service quality significantly influences Puskesmas performance. Moreover, service quality serves as an intervening variable in the relationship between SPA, HR, and Puskesmas performance. Thus, improving service quality is a key factor in enhancing Puskesmas performance. The implications of this study can serve as a basis for policy-making to improve facility standards and healthcare workforce resources to enhance healthcare services in Puskesmas.
