This portal is designed as a digital solution to improve the efficiency, transparency, and accountability of reporting modin activities, which were previously done manually. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews and non-participatory observations. The results showed that the Simprolamas portal has great potential to accelerate the process of reporting and disbursing modin honorarium, but its implementation faces several challenges. The age of users (40-70 years old), low digital literacy, limited supporting tools such as low specification cellphones, and internet network constraints are the main obstacles in using this portal. Analysis using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) reveals that the level of Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) of this portal still needs to be improved to achieve wider acceptance by users. The population in this study is 178 officers serving in the Surabaya Koarmada II Task Force. </em><em>This type of research is an explanatory with a quantitative approach.</em><em> The sampling technique used in this study was determined as many as 25 times the indented variable. In this study, the number of indented variables is three variables, so the number of samples in this study is 75 respondents. The data analysis technique of this study uses SEM-PLS. </em><em>The results of the study show that the authentic leadership have a significant effect on loyalty, authentic leadership is proven to have a positive effect on loyalty. The authentic leadership have a significant positive effect on soldier performance, self-efficacy have a significant positive effect on soldier performance, loyalty is proven to have an effect on the performance of soldiers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an inductive approach. The research was conducted at the Probolinggo City Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency. Based on the results of the research and data processing, it can be concluded that the mechanism and implementation of the Employee Income Policy are running optimally and are in accordance with the Probolinggo Mayor Regulation Number 6 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to the Probolinggo Mayor Regulation Number 27 of 2022 and the Probolinggo Mayor Regulation Number 15 of 2023 concerning the Provision of Additional Employee Income. This policy is able to improve the performance, discipline, competence and welfare of ASN. There are several supporting factors in the implementation of the TPP Granting policy at BKPSDM, namely Resources (budget), attitudes and bureaucratic structures. This study aims to analyze the influence of drug service waiting time and drug information provision on patient loyalty, with patient satisfaction as a mediating variable. The study was conducted on chronic outpatients at </em><em>Rumah Sakit Tingkat </em><em>III Brawijaya</em> <em>using a quantitative method with a Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) approach. The research sample consisted of 138 patients selected using the quota sampling method. The results indicate that drug service waiting time and drug information provision have a positive and significant impact on patient satisfaction. Additionally, patient satisfaction significantly influences patient loyalty. Further analysis reveals that drug service waiting time and drug information provision also indirectly affect patient loyalty through patient satisfaction as a mediating variable. These findings highlight that improving efficiency in pharmaceutical services, including reducing waiting times and enhancing drug information quality, can strengthen patient loyalty to the hospital. The approach used in this research uses descriptive qualitative method. The pentahelix actors involved in the collaborative development process have carried out their roles and functions optimally, but for actors private has not been involved in the collaboration process. In the aspect of development benchmarks, it is known that the focus of educational tourism development is concentrated on ecological-based empowerment and local community empowerment and economic development, so that for the dimensions of social and cultural development there has been no effort made by pentahelix stakeholders. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population of this study is all employees of the Surabaya Religious Education and Training Center which totals 72 people, with this study using a total sampling technique, so that all members of the population are made respondents. The results of the study show that work stress has a negative and significant influence on job satisfaction and employee performance. On the other hand, the work team has a significant positive influence on job satisfaction and on employee performance. In addition, work stress affects performance indirectly through job satisfaction, while work teams have a positive effect on performance through job satisfaction. Pasuruan is regulated in SE Bupati Pasuruan No. 027/135/424.023/2023 concerning Implementation of Electronic Purchasing (E-Purchasing) in the Pasuruan Regency Government. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of this policy as well as the obstacles in the policy implementation process that occur in the Prigen District Regional Apparatus Organization. Using Merilee S. Grindle’s public policy implementation approach with two variables, namely Content of Policy and Context of Policy, along with derivative dimensions for each variable. This type of qualitative research and descriptive approach found data sources through primary and secondary data. This research also used purposive sampling techniques, as well as dara collection through interviews, observation and documentation. Through this research, it was found that the implementation of e-purchasing in the procurement of government goods/services in the Prigen District Regional Apparatus Organization, which refers to Merilee S. Grindle’s theory, was good and in accordance with what was desired or expectd. This research aims to study it authentically, emphasizing a holistic understanding of the management concept of improving the quality of education through MBS. Using a descriptive method, a literature review type of study. Data comes from nine scientific articles published in 2024, and nationally accredited. (content analysis) is used as a method of analyzing the data result obtained by researchers. Three steps are used in the data validity testing process, namely: trustworthiness, transferability, and research dependence on the data obtained.
