Abstract
The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the influence of product quality, customer trust on purchase decisions through customer satisfaction at PT. Pegadaian Madiun Area Office. The sampling method uses Purposive Sampling. The number of samples used in this study is 100 respondents of PT. Pegadaian Madiun Area Office. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique uses SEM-PLS. The results of the study found that product quality had no effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Pegadaian Madiun Area Office. Customer trust affects customer satisfaction at PT. Pegadaia Madiun Area Office. Product quality affects purchase decisions at PT. Pegadaian Madiun Area Office.
