ANALISA DAMPAK PEMBANGUNAN BANDARA DAN INFRASTRUKTUR PENDUKUNG TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN MELALUI PERUBAHAN PERILAKU NASABAH PT. PEGADAIAN
Abstract
Along with the development of economic globalization, infrastructure development such as the new airport in Kediri has had a significant impact on the local economy, including the behavior of PT Pegadaian customers in the Kediri, Nganjuk and Tulungagung areas. The problem raised in this research is how the construction of airports and supporting infrastructure affects PT Pegadaian's financial performance through changes in customer behavior in transactions and investing. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-causality method to analyze the influence of airport development and supporting infrastructure on PT Pegadaian's financial performance through changes in customer behavior. Data was collected from PT Pegadaian's financial reports at the Kediri, Nganjuk and Tulungagung branches, as well as related macroeconomic data, which were then analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The research results show that the impact of airport development does not have a significant influence on changes in customer behavior and financial performance. On the other hand, the impact of supporting infrastructure development has a significant effect on changes in customer behavior, but does not have a significant impact on financial performance, and the mediating role of customer behavior in this relationship is also not significant.
