PENGARUH KUALITAS TENAGA PENDIDIK DAN SARANA PRASARANA TERHADAP MUTU PENDIDIKAN DI TK PEMBINA PASURUAN

ABSTRACT
This study aims to describe the quality of human resources and educational facilities for early childhood education at TK Pembina Kota Pasuruan and to determine the significant effect of these factors on the development of early childhood education quality. This research uses a quantitative explanatory approach. The population consists of all PAUD institutions at TK Negeri Pembina Kota Pasuruan, with a sample of 40 teachers selected through total sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that the quality of human resources and educational facilities at TK Pembina Kota Pasuruan are in good condition. Both factors have a significant impact on the development of early childhood education quality, both partially and simultaneously, in improving the quality of early childhood education at the institution.
