Port of Indonesia (Persero) Dumai City The data analysis technique is SEM using Partial Least Square (PLS). PEGADAIAN https://jurnal.uwp.ac.id/pps/index.php/mm/article/view/721 <p><em>Along with the development of economic globalization, infrastructure development such as the new airport in Kediri has had a significant impact on the local economy, including the behavior of PT Pegadaian customers in the Kediri, Nganjuk and Tulungagung areas. The problem raised in this research is how the construction of airports and supporting infrastructure affects PT Pegadaian's financial performance through changes in customer behavior in transactions and investing.&nbsp; This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive-causality method to analyze the influence of airport development and supporting infrastructure on PT Pegadaian's financial performance through changes in customer behavior. Data was collected from PT Pegadaian's financial reports at the Kediri, Nganjuk and Tulungagung branches, as well as related macroeconomic data, which were then analyzed using the SEM-PLS method. The research results show that the impact of airport development does not have a significant influence on changes in customer behavior and financial performance. PEGADAIAN AREA SURABAYA 1 https://jurnal.uwp.ac.id/pps/index.php/mm/article/view/723 <p><em>In the midst of the changing business paradigm driven by the digital revolution, financial companies increasingly face challenges in maintaining and expanding their market share. This research aims to investigate the strategies employed by PT. Pegadaian&nbsp; Area Surabaya 1 in leveraging the features available in its digital application to address competition in marketing its Gold Savings products</em><em>. </em><em>A qualitative approach is utilized in this research. Data is gathered through in-depth interviews with marketing managers, internal documentation analysis, and discussions with users of the Pegadaian&nbsp; Digital application. Thematic analysis is conducted to identify patterns and themes emerging from the collected data.</em> <em>The findings reveal that PT. Pegadaian&nbsp; Area Surabaya 1 has adopted various features within its digital application, such as account management features, transaction notification, and product promotions. This research also uncovers users' perceptions of these features and their impact on their decisions in using the Gold Savings product.</em> <em>The results of the research show that PT. Pegadaiab has various feature in its digitas application and ready to face exixting competition. And the priority strategy in this research is how PT. Pegadaian Area Surabaya 1 creates a loyalty program for customers to remain loyal and participate in developing the marketing of this Tabungan Emas Digital to the wider community.</em> <em>This research is expected to make a significant contribution to stakeholders at PT. The research goals to analyze the impact of Life Style, Self-Concept and Product Quality on the Purchasing Decisions of Kopi Kenangan Customers in Surabaya partially and simultaneously. This quantitative study with the research population being Kopi Kenangan Customers in Surabaya. The sampling method was through the Purposive Sampling technique so that a sample size of 100 Kopi Kenangan Customers in Surabaya was obtained.
