Penyuluhan Pembuatan Susu Daun Kelor Pada Ibu Rumah Tangga Desa Jatisari Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Stunting
Abstract
Stunting menjadi masalah gizi serius yang menarik perhatian global, khususnya di negara-negara berkembang. Di Indonesia, prevalensi stunting masih tinggi, terutama di Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat, khususnya ibu rumah tangga di Desa Jatisari, tentang pemanfaatan daun kelor (Moringa oleifera) sebagai nutrisi pencegah stunting. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan dan pendampingan langsung dalam pembuatan susu kelor. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu rumah tangga dalam memproduksi susu kelor, serta kemampuan untuk memasarkan produk secara online. Inisiatif ini tidak hanya meningkatkan gizi anak, tetapi juga kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat.
