Implementasi Internet of Things (IoT) pada Sistem Otomasi Pencatatan dan Pengendalian Distribusi Air di PDAM Surabaya
Abstract
Sistem pencatatan distribusi air pelanggan industri di PDAM Surabaya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kesalahan, ketidakakuratan, dan kurangnya transparansi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem otomasi berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) untuk meningkatkan akurasi, efisiensi, dan transparansi distribusi air. Sistem terdiri dari perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak. Perangkat keras menggunakan mikrokontroler ESP32 yang terintegrasi dengan RFID RC-522, keypad 4x4, sensor aliran YF-S201, dan solenoid valve. Data transaksi dikirim secara real-time ke server melalui WiFi. Perangkat lunak berupa website berbasis PHP dan MySQL yang menyediakan dashboard untuk admin dan pelanggan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh komponen berfungsi dengan baik sesuai rancangan. Uji akurasi menunjukkan deviasi rata-rata ±10–50 mL pada kondisi aliran stabil hingga 1500 mL, masih dalam batas toleransi. Sistem ini mampu mengotomasi pencatatan, mengurangi kesalahan manual, serta meningkatkan transparansi dan pengelolaan data secara terpusat.
