Implementasi Manajemen & Kewirausahaan (IMKA) serves as an academic platform dedicated to facilitating the exchange of ideas, innovations, and empirical findings among scholars, practitioners, and professionals in the field of management and entrepreneurship. The journal aims to advance both theoretical discourse and practical application by providing a space for critical reflection and scholarly debate on key issues in management science. Through its interdisciplinary approach, IMKA encourages the exploration of contemporary challenges and fosters the development of international perspectives in the study and practice of business management. Published biannually in April and October by the Management Study Program of Universitas Wijaya Putra, IMKA is committed to promoting academic excellence and contributing to the global body of knowledge in management and entrepreneurship research.
